These Terms of Service apply when you use the website ZORC.se and the services we provide there. ZORC.se is operated by ZORC AB (company registration no. 559481-8857). By using the website, submitting a form or creating an account, you accept these terms.

ZORC offers digital services such as website, app, e-commerce and AI development, as well as courses, templates and related products. The scope of any individual engagement is governed by a separate agreement or quotation. For purchases of courses, events and products, our Booking Terms also apply.
3. Account and information
When you create an account, you are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Permitted use
You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, disrupt operations, or copy and reuse our content without permission. We reserve the right to suspend access in cases of misuse.
5. Intellectual property
All content on ZORC.se — text, design, code, images and trademarks — belongs to ZORC AB or our licensors and is protected by copyright. No content may be reproduced without our written consent, except as permitted by law.
6. Prices and payment
Prices for products and services are shown on the relevant page or in a quotation. Payment is handled securely via our payment provider Stripe. Cancellation and right-of-withdrawal terms are set out in the Booking Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
We strive for the website and our services to work without errors, but make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. ZORC is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website, to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit your consumer protection under mandatory law.

9. Changes
We may update these terms when necessary. The latest version is always available on this page with an updated date. We will inform you of material changes within a reasonable time.
10. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies to these terms. Disputes are resolved in the first instance through dialogue and, as a last resort, by a Swedish court of general jurisdiction. Consumers may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
