1. General
These Booking Terms apply to purchases of courses, events, products and services via ZORC.se, operated by ZORC AB (company registration no. 559481-8857). By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.
2. Booking and payment
- Booking is made via our website and confirmed with an order confirmation by email
- Payment is made via Stripe and handled securely in accordance with PCI DSS standards
- All prices are stated in SEK including VAT unless otherwise indicated
- The booking is binding once payment has been completed
3. Right of withdrawal
Under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has already begun with your consent, or if the course or event has already taken place.

4. Cancellation and refunds
- More than 14 days before a course/event: full refund
- 7–14 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before: no refund, but the place may be transferred to another person
Refunds are made to the payment card used at purchase within 14 working days.
5. Cancelled events and courses
If ZORC cancels an event or course, you will be offered a full refund or rebooking to the next available date.
6. Digital products
For purchases of digital products, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the product has been delivered or activated digitally.
7. Reservation purchases (holding fee)
Certain products are sold through a reservation procedure with a holding fee of SEK 2,995 including VAT.
- Holding fee: reserves the product for you
- Transfer agreement: drawn up after payment
- Review and approval: full review before handover
- Final payment: the remaining amount is due after approval
8. Liability
ZORC.se is not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
9. Disputes
Disputes should be resolved through dialogue in the first instance. Swedish law applies.
